English Tea Store's standard Tea Chest is a high quality solid wood tea chest with a light finish. Suitable to store 8 varieties of teabags, each compartment holds up to 12 teabags.
You have your choice of a USA made tea chest (with the front slide button) or an imported tea chest (with the front swing latch and lining). Very similar in styles, the USA Made tea chests are made from a higher quality solid maple wood than our imported chest (made from pine wood).

Tea chest
I was completely satisfied with this product. I bought as a Christmas gift for my niece and she loved it. It holds a lot of tea bags.

This was a Xmas gift. It arrived promptly -- well-packed for shipment -- lovely quality of wood and workmanship for the price. The recipient of the gift was delighted and so was I.

Substandard
This is a very poorly made box, despite being "Made in the USA": warped wood, press board separators, sharpie marks from fabrication, low-grade plywood. I had to find a substitute Christmas gift. I wouldn't use this for myself, much less a loved one.

Tea Cheat
I love this tea cheat. The color of the wood fits right in with my kitchen cabinets. I also like that it is covered on the inside. All my tea bags fit perfectly!

Decent quality
This is a nice quality box. The finish is smooth and feels nice, the latch looks good and works, and the hinges are installed neatly. This is a nicer box then many I had seen at big box retail stores.
