*Remember to include shipping costs when sending a mail order. This cost can be determined by calling our customer service (1-888-393-5247) or using the website procedure below. To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.

We collect sales tax for the states of AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MS, MI, MN, MS, NE, NM, NV, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WA-DC, WV, WI, WY. We do not collect sales tax for any other states at this time. We are required to notify you of your obligation to pay state sales and/or use tax in other states. This notice is expressly provided in order to comply with applicable state statutes. Pennsylvania does not charge sales tax on clothing. All shipping charges are taxable.
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
Online Stores, Inc accepts requests for purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. Please mail your PO and accompanying credit references to the address above or fax to 866-509-1670. We request that your Purchase Order Form be from your company's accounting department. We request that Purchase Orders be signed and provide a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and detailed product information. For rush orders, we recommend use of a Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover card for immediate processing. PO processing takes 3 - 5 business days on average, with large value orders taking longer. All purchase orders have $100.00 minimum and do not qualify for free shipping, coupons, or discounts.
To increase the likelihood that our chocolate, cookies with chocolate, and clotted cream products arrive to you in good condition, we suggest that you choose Next Day for your shipping method, especially during the summer months (March-October), or you can purchase an Insulated Shipping Liner & Cold Gel Pack for $5.00.
Due to estimated time in transit, we do not recommend shipping these perishable items to APO or Canadian addresses. For further information or advice on shipping these perishable products, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-393-5247. In order to ensure that your order does not sit and perish at a hot shipping facility or truck over a weekend, we will only ship out orders containing chocolate, cookies with chocolate, or clotted cream products Monday through Thursday, regardless of shipping method.
- Next Day orders containing perishables placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
- Second Day orders containing perishables placed on Thursdays or Fridays will ship the following Monday.
- Three Day or Economy orders placed on Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays will ship the following Monday.
From time to time there may be information on our web site or in our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Online Stores, Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Most orders usually ship the same business day if placed before 1:00PM EST and the items are in stock. Deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or Ground delivery is 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. Delivery will not be made on a weekend unless special Saturday delivery is arranged. This service is available at an extra cost to certain areas specified by our carriers. Please contact us for availability to make arrangements at 1-888-393-5247. Orders that ship economy will ship within two business days if placed before 1:00PM EST and the items are in stock.
