Reids of Caithness' very own Shortbread Cookies come to us in the flavors of Salted Caramel, Raspberry and White Chocolate and Chocolate Chunk. All of these shortbread cookies have received a 4-star rating or higher from our customers, it would appear nobody is salty when it comes to these cookies.
Walkers Pure Butter Stem Ginger Shortbread Cookies have got a whopping 4.9-star rating at the time of writing this piece, no small feat. Sometimes that is just the way the cookie crumbles.

First off, you want to make sure the cookies you are going to freeze will keep fresh if you do so. Most cookies will keep well frozen however, some frostings may lose a little of their natural fluff and texture and some of the more delicate cookies may break apart.
