Hot Tea Method:
Bring filtered water to a rolling boil and let cool to roughly 180°F (82°C). Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Chai Matcha directly to your cup. Infuse with 8 ounces of hot water and whisk briskly until a uniform froth forms across the surface.
Hot Matcha Latte:
Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha to the base of your mug. Pour in 2 ounces of hot water and stir vigorously to make a smooth paste. Top with 6 ounces of freshly steamed milk (or dairy alternative) and sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup.
Iced Matcha Latte:
Vigorously blend 1/2 teaspoon of chai matcha with 2 ounces of hot water until smooth. Stir in your choice of chilled milk and sweetener. Allow the mixture to cool for 30–60 minutes, then pour over a glass filled with fresh ice.
Slow-Brewed Iced Matcha:
