"This item was such a disappointment. I purchased it as a gift and the recipient told me that the box was scratched on top, there was dented wood on the back edge and a hinge was broken. Her husband had to glue and use a bigger screw to hold the hinge in place. I was so embarrassed, But she told me after the fact so I couldn't even send it back for a replacement. I would buy tea from this company, but never any hard goods."

"What can I say, I absolutely love this! It's just a beautiful piece with awesome tea. I gave it as a gift to my best friend who was going through a rough patch and it made her day. It's very well made, the tea is great and the beautiful box can be repurposed for what ever you want! She's using it as a jewelry box. I highly recommend this for yourself or as an elegant gift, the box, the tea and the reasonable price are absolutely worth it! I would give more than five stars if I could!"
