Not in stock, but 'available' to place an order
"This tea was out of stock for more than two (2) years. You can imagine how happy I was to see my favorite green tea back in stock. On October 14th, 2022 I placed an order for 6 cans, used my coupon and was able to submit an order. I've got a confirmation email. Several hours later I've received the information about 'English Tea Store is delivering an all-new tracking experience powered by Route'. On October 18th, 2022 backorder notification email was sent to me requesting to contact Customer service. For days I couldn't reach a live person on the phone. Very bad experience. Been a loyal customer of this online store for years, but something had changed there. They won't see me there."
