Love the travelers hate the customer service

"The product is awesome! We love them. However the company is horrible. It didn't stop me from placing another order but I know not to expect much from customer service! I emailed them and they said they would get back to me. Never did. I emailed again. Nothing. I called and was put on hold and then disconnected. So expect an awesome candy experience but don't get your hopes up for the company. I wish I could find another company to buy them from. I haven't even giggled it yet. A family member referred me the The English Tea website for the Travelers."
