"I saw these posted in a Pickle Lovers group. I had to try them and found this shop when searching for a place to buy them. The are good. The texture is slightly firm. They taste good & definitely sour. Would be a great novelty on a Charcuterie board."

"I had never even seen these before seeing them on Mike Robinson's cooking show. I figured I'd try them. They are some strange food. Most British and Scottish food is something you eat on a dare. These are definitely in that category. I'm sure they ll be fine when I figure out what to do with them."
