"I have been buying from the English Tea Store for years. This time it asked if I wanted cookies. Not the tracking type that are often associated with web sites but honest-to-God buttery short bread cookies. I said no. I filled out all information for my order and submitted my order. When I looked at it after submitting it, I saw it had included cookies but the price was the same as just for the tea. I assumed they were just including a complementary small pack of cookies. Then, an hour later I got notice that $0. 50 more had been charged to my credit card. I assumed the cookies were a decent size box at a good discount. When I received my tea, there were my cookies. Two - 2 - simple little cookies in a package. It was the type of package you would see a vendor handing out as samples in a store. Why? Why add it to my order despite my request not to? Why charge me $0. 50 after the fact? I’ll still buy from English Tea Store but I think they need to look at what Online Sales (or whoever the company is that bills and ships for them) is doing to their reputation. As always, I love the Irish Breakfast Tea."
