A Brilliant British take on chutney!
"For folks in USA, think of this as a yummy, thick chutney. Sweet and sour. This is delicious on an onion, tomato, Swiss cheese toastie. . . or any sandwich you would like to make even better. Delicious on scrambled eggs. Perfect on curry. Topping for brie. Wonderful on potato cakes and a veggie loaf. I always keep jars of this in my pantry. I'm always finding new ways to use it.
