How to Brew the Perfect Pitcher

🔥 Flash-Chilled Method

A quick way to brew a full-strength pitcher.

  • Measure: Use 3 tablespoons of loose tea or 4 tea bags per liter of water.
  • Steep: Pour boiling water over the tea and let it sit for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Remove: Take the tea leaves or bags out so the tea stays smooth.
  • Sweeten: Add sugar while the tea is still hot, then chill or serve over ice.

❄️ Cold-Extract Method

The best way to get a smooth, clear, and non-bitter taste.

  1. Place your tea leaves or bags in a pitcher with cold, filtered water.
  2. Put the pitcher in the refrigerator.
  3. Let it steep slowly for 8 to 12 hours.
  4. Remove the tea, add your preferred sweetener, and serve over ice.
