Details
The White Tea blend from English Tea Store produces an amber brew, and has a jammy/malty taste that is closer to medium black tea than green tea. This tea proved very popular with our test group of tea drinkers, even converting some from long time favorites like English Breakfast and Earl Grey. With a great taste and 3 times more antioxidants compared to black or green tea, this tea is really worth a try.
This tea is made from Pai Mu Tan white tea, which is the highest grade of white tea available before one enters the stratosphere in pricing for white teas such as Peony White Needle Tea. Pai Mu Tan leaves are plucked from a special varietal tea bush called Narcissus or chaicha bushes. The leaves are not steamed or pan-fired (the process used in green teas). The leaves are naturally withered and dried in the sun. Also, only special two leaves and a bud are selected. These leaves must show a very light green, almost gray white color and be covered with velvet peach fuzz down. This tea is processed to a smaller leaf size to improve infusion.

Loose white tea
I've been using this white tea for a number of years. It's a wonderful tea for hot or iced. Everyone who has tasted my tea says it is the best they've ever had. It tastes just like good black tea.
-
Tea for Two
I buy this excellent White Tea several pounds at a time. I use a lot of it due to its high anti-oxidant contents. It is very good for my health. Of that I have no doubt. I drink it with a touch of honey to make it a pleasing experience. I would recommend this particular tea to anyone and everyone. It is good medicine that is tasty and reasonably priced.

White Loose Leaf Tea
I have been buying this product for years. Nice mellow flavor plus white tea is helpful for building bones if you’re prone to osteoporosis.

No thanks!
This tea is not categorized correctly. It's not loose leaf tea, it's just tea fannings. Fannings are small pieces of tea that are left over after higher grades of teas are gathered to be sold. It actually has static electricity to it and sticks to the bag like lint. And I don't like the flavor. It's one heck of a mess to brew.

Better than I remembered
I found that despite being a bit on the powedery side that I like it more and more. Now I make not 1 but 2 batches in my French Tea Press in the morning.

Love the white loose tea
I have been buying this white loose tea for a number of years, now. It tastes like black tea but has more anti-oxidents, so I'm told. For those of you who have trouble with the fact that it is ground very fine, I use it in my electric coffee maker and use one filter to put the tea in and another over top of the tea. This way it does not overflow. I think it's a wonderful product at a good price.

Bitter taste, bag full of twigs
I got this as a gift. Horrible bitter taste and a bag of twigs. I have used loose tea for years and this does not look like pure white tea. It’s a mix of large green and red leaves.

Great tea
My favorite white tea. I prefer it to the more expensive white teas. Shipping costs a little high.
