"Scottish breakfast tea is wonderfully full and rich. I feel it is the best of the British Isles breakfast teas. I have been purchasing it and other teas from BTS for over a decade. This time I had a very unsatisfactory delivery and my customer service experience was abysmal. I have emailed the CRO twice and received zero response. Know that the tea is very fine but if not handled properly by their contracted delivery service you will get zero resolution and even less attention to your issue from customer service teenagers."
