"Maybe I am too used to homemade Lemon Curd. According to ingredients there is more Palm Oil and Rapeseed oil than Lemon juice. It has a very gel like consistency, but since it also has more starch than juice along with an added gel agent, that makes sense. I found it had an oily smell and taste. Some people quite like it, but it's not for me."
