Extremely poor Quality

"The Teapot is of extremely POOR quality. When I attempted to pour the tea the tea simply dribbled out of the teapot. It did not pour as one would expect. When I closely examined the teapot the holes for the spout were closed off except for two (2). Quality this is not the that I would expect from the English Tea Store. Even though this Tea Set was on sale I would not recommend this Set. Extremely disappointed!"
