"I got this candy from another website and it arrived old, chalky, stale, melty, mostly gross looking and inedible. I was disappointed but happy to find The English Tea Store on Google. The candy arrived in about a week, and of course I had to open one (OK, maybe two) to sample and make sure it was OK. I was so happy to tear off the wrapper and enjoy a fresh piece of good chocolate! English chocolate is a fun Christmas treat for us. Thank you!"

"The candies themselves were fine. The packages were a mess and totally unsuitable for the Christmas presents I hoped them to be. Furthermore, NEITHER the group from whom I ordered not the group I PAID to insure the delivery took responsibility for the condition in which the Heroes packages arrived. Eventually they stopped answering my e-mails. I sent pictures of the packages to both the provider and the insurer - to no avail. Based on this experience, I cannot trust the English Tea Store."
