Awful Customer Service
"I ordered from this company to give these small honey jars to moms for Mother’s Day. After I ordered, they informed me days later that the product was on back order. I called to substitute and they told me that I was guaranteed expedited shipped. I checked days later to see where my package was and it still hadn’t shipped. I called them back to inform them, and they proceeded to tell me that my substitute was ALSO on back order and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, I canceled my order (that wasn’t going to come anyways), and I will not be using this company again. - An unhappy customer who is not a Karen"
