"I started drinking Bewley's while in Ireland nine years ago. It's a nice strong decaf tea and compares well to a caffeinated tea. (Many decaf teas are rather weak and tasteless. ) I am especially grateful to be able to get it in the US. I've ordered from Amazon, but always look for an alternative. Terrible!

"I ordered tea bags from English tea store as I have many times before. I never received them. I contacted their customer service and was told ""my address couldn't be verified!?"" My address had not changed and I placed the order with the correct address. The customer service representative was very rude and told me it wasn't her fault it's their system. They said my address was finally verified and the order would be shipped. They refused to expedite the shipping even though it was their fault. I still have NOT received my order and they took the money from my account. I will never ever buy again frim English tea store. The customer service is deplorable."
