Teapot
"This has been a negative and frustrating experience. I received an email on 10/28/21 that the teapot had shipped and provided tracking info. When the pot hadn't arrived by 11/10/21. I tried to contact customer service, such as it is. I was on hold for long periods of time until finally prompted to request a return call. Return call never came. I tried the online line chat option but that didn't work either. The teapot finally arrived 11/18/21, broken in pieces. I now have to ask for a refund and I'm going to buy a teapot elsewhere. I hope the refund procedure isn't going to be as frustrating and time-consuming as the purchase."
