Leaky, infuser is TERRIBLE

"I got two of these teapots as Christmas presents, one for myself and one for my sister-in-law who is also a tea lover, and I was extremely disappointed. The infuser basket is tiny and the bottom of it is unglazed ceramic, so I know it will pick up flavors eventually. It also has tiny holes, so the water drains into the pot very slowly, which would be less of a problem if there was not also a large hole to lock the teapot lid into. Of course, this led to my tea leaves overflowing into the teapot, entirely defeating the point of having the infuser in the first place! To add insult to injury, the spout leaks and the lid doesn't fit without the infuser. Returning the teapots is not even worth the bother due to the English Tea Company's return policy. (Because different colors are separate listings, this review also appears on the green teapot of the same design)"

I am trying to match with a piece that was broken

"I am trying to match with a piece that was broken. Hopefully the color will match."

Nice, but has problems

"This is a nice size and pretty cute teapot. It brews a good cup of tea. But, Problem one - the one I received doesn't have the tab (?)(handle?) on the infuser, so removing it while the tea is still hot is tricky. Problem two - the lid doesn't fit without the infuser in the pot. You don't want to leave tea leaves in the infuser to stew, and obviously you can't leave the lid off, so you have to remover the infuser (see problem one) rinse it and then replace it in the pot. I used small silicone tipped tongs to remove, rinse, and replace the infuser, but it's fiddly, so it's unlikely this pot will see much use."
