A Little Confused

"I've never seen a teapot like this before. I liked that it came with its own infuser, but now I'm wondering exactly how that's supposed to work. Surely one puts the leaves into the pot and lets the hot water swirl around them? One doesn't put the leaves into the infuser and let them steep without being able to unfold in the hot water? But then, why does the infuser fit into the pot? This would be a much nicer product if it came with instructions."
