Details
The Rooibos Herbal Tea blend from English Tea Store is an unflavored herb that contains no caffeine and comes from the Cedarberg region of South Africa. The locals first discovered that the fine, needle like leaves of the wild Aspalathus Linearis plant could be used to make an aromatic tea. They were the people to harvest and produce Rooibos by chopping the leaves with axes and bruise them with hammers before leaving them to ferment and dry in the sun. It is believed that Rooibos can have a soothing effect against headaches, digestive problems, and problems sleeping.

Rooibos Herbal Tea
never had this type of tea, very good and a new flavor for me. thanks
-
High quality
This is a very high quality Rooibos, and brews a tasty, sturdy cup of tea.

Very Flavorful Tea
Love this tea I can’t have caffeine and dislike herbal teas generally. This makes a rich red flavorful tea that is blood black or stands up well with milk. My only criticism is it is a very fine cut tea so even with a fine screen defuses there is a little sediment at the bottom of the pot.. I either use a paper filter or I just don’t pour off the last ounce or so of tea into my carafe.

Rooibos tea
This is the second time I ordered the loose leaf Rooibos tea from the English Tea Store. The second order was just as good as the first in both quality and value for a Rooibos tea. I will order this again when my supply runs low.
-
Great . . . again!
I keep coming back for more because of great products, easy ordering, timely shipping.
-
Different tasting
The taste is unique. As your brew the tea, you can smell the fermentation which we didn't care for. I believe this can be a good tea for those that like the fermenting taste.
