Details
The Irish Breakfast CO2 Decaffeinated Tea blend from English Tea Store is a very robust tea, with plenty of Kenya and Assam to make it a great start to the day. With a superb, full tea taste, you'll enjoy the delicious malty notes reminiscent of caramel. An excellent depth and a lovely rosy cup. The CO2 Decaffeinating process uses highly pressurized carbon dioxide and there are no residual chemicals. The process has little effect on the flavor and the other benefits that this tea has to offer.
The Canadian Chemical Free CO2 Process removes caffeine without using chemicals of any sort. Instead, finished tea is briefly soaked in exceptionally pure water and gently flushed with CO2. The CO2 binds to the caffeine molecules and extracts them from the tea leaving behind all the natural proteins that give tea its flavor. It also leaves many of the polyphenols and antioxidants intact - so it's still good for you.

-
Best of the decafs
I’ve been looking for a good black strong decaf tea for years- have tried everything. This is far and away the best. Full bodied and flavorful. Highly recommend.

Delicious decaf tea!
Love this decaf loose tea. It's delicious!
-
Sludge, not tea leaves!
Do not buy this tea if you want real tea leaves! It is almost a powder, similar to what you would find in a jar of instant tea. Leaves sludge in the tea pot and in your cup, even with a tea strainer.

Great Tasting
I have one cup of regular tea in the morning, and about seven more decaffinated throughout the day. This tea is so full of flavor compared with the decafinated teas I usually drank. Thanks from an British born American!

Love this tea!
Love the strong, bold flavor of Irish Breakfast tea but not the effects of too much caffeine. I chose English Tea Store Irish Breakfast because it's decaffeinated naturally with CO2. I only wish it were organic as well.

Full-flavoured tea
I have tried many decaf teas and this is my favourite so far. It is earthy, full-bodied and has loads of flavour.
