"I said I would update my review so here goes. I am so very happy with the customer service agent who helped me. She really went above and beyond. HOWEVER I have received 3 of these. Not one was satisfactory. Black spots on the first two. The third one has no black spots but the spout is deformed and leans to the left like the Leaning tower of Pisa. It makes me so sad that an English teapot is manufactured in China. Very poor quality."

"This was advertised as a 2 cup capacity. It was not. I expected it to be able to fit 16 ounces in the pot with room for a tea infuser and room to pour adequately. This was not the case. I am very disappointed and a large restocking fee for this product was applied to my refund!"
