This teapot is decorated in the same beautiful pattern as the rest of our Shabby Rose Cream porcelain line. This teapot is decorated on a white porcelain with a lovely red, yellow and pink floral design. Additional gold trimming is found on the rim, handle, spout and the base of the teapot and surrounding the base and knob of the lid
The Shabby Rose Cream pattern is available as a complete tea set.
Due to the gold trim, this teapot is not dishwasher or microwave safe.

Wonderful little pot!
So glad I picked this and the matching sugar/creamer set up. Utterly delightful! A lovely addition to my collection that ranges from expensive classics, hard to find antiques, quaint cottage, and inexpensive finds. It is lovely.... and I don't plan on turning the pot upside down so no worries regarding the lid allowing tea to escape when pouring. Frankly, none of my pots would halt a spill if I tilted at too extreme an angle. So without reserve, I highly recommend!

The top is a poor fit. The tea leaks from the top when it is poured.
The lid does not prevent tea from from pouring out the top.
