Ok product
I don't care for the latch on this chest, it is very cheap. You have to push the button to left and it should unlatch and, I guess, open the lid. But it doesn't. When you push the button to release the latch, nothing happens. You have to keep the button pushed with one hand, then push the lid up with your other hand. The other disappointing thing, although not to big of a deal, is that the dividers inside are not permanent, they just sit in there. But I am more disappointed in the quality of the latch.

Lid is not aligned
I paid extra for a "made in the USA" tea chest. Sadly, because the Lid is not aligned properly, it is extremely difficult to open the latch and therefore to open the lid. We must push the lid to the right and push the latch to the left at the same time, I n order to open the chest. I'm very disappointed with the construction of this product. I guess I should have bought the "Made in China" one.

Ergonomics
The Tea Box is very pretty, and if it is meant to stay open at all times, functional; but, it is difficult to open even with two hands. The latch is spring loaded so one hand has to stay there, but there is no handle or even an indention on the box for the second hand to grab while opening. This is not well though out ergonomically.
