Tea of the Month Subscription Terms and Conditions
Englishteastore.com offers two subscription types: re-billable monthly subscriptions (“Monthly Subscriptions”) and prepaid annual subscriptions (“Annual Subscriptions”).
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
Englishteastore.com Tea of the Month subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal and you agree that Englishteastore.com may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before Englishteastore.com reasonably could act.
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including any charges processed by Englishteastore.com after the expiration date of your payment card.
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS
Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Monthly Subscription renewal.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
To cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, you may logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do it for you, or call us at 1-888-393-5247 and talk to a Customer Service Specialist who can help you cancel. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.
By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for 12 months of service without a recurring Annual Subscription renewal. Including any charges processed by Englishteastore.com after the expiration date of your payment card.
AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS
At the end of each annual subscription term, your subscription will not automatically extended for another term of 12 months. To renew your annual subscription at the current Annual Subscription rate you will need to purchase a new subscription.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
You may only cancel your current Annual Subscription during the first four months of the subscription and you will only be reimbursed for the balance of the subscription. To cancel your Annual Subscription email us at email@example.com and we will do it for you, or call us at 1-888-393-5247 and talk to a Customer Service Specialist who can help you cancel. If you cancel your Annual subscription by logging into your account your subscription will not continue but you will not be reimbursed unless you call or email our customer service department.
Orders placed on or after the 1st of the month will ship the 1st business day of the following month.
Coupons do not be applied to tea subscriptions.
