      Disappointing

Posted by Merry on Apr 8th 2018

When I opened my sample package this morning, it smelled just divine. Virtually drips with the fragrance of juicy peaches and flavorful apricots, redolent of a still, sunny day in an orchard, trees hanging with ripe fruit. Once brewed, however, neither the fragrance nor the flavor is as present as I had guessed, based on sniffing the leaves before steeping. Frankly, more than a little disappointing, because the leaves smelled SO wonderful. It isn't horrible, just not what I was hoping for in level of flavor. I probably won't order it again.

      Friends favorite

I serve this tea a lot at the request of my friends. This and the Bohemian raspberry seem to be a favorite among those new to loose-leaf tea.

I recommended this to a friend who prefers white tea. She enjoys it for its true fruit flavor.
