A great natural food source
Not only does it taste good, it does you good too! It is a yeast extract. It contains Niacin, Thiamin, Spice Extract, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, and Vitamin B12; The human body needs vitamin B12 to make red blood cells, nerves, DNA, and carry out other functions and B12 is not readily found in our modern food source. Marmite is better than synthetic supplemental B12.

A great product
I started using it on toasts in England 60 years ago It is just what it says: A yeast extract. It is a main source of vitamin B12, it is also very good for a healthy nervous system. I also use it on spaghettis when I do not have a sauce and I like it better anyway.

Great Stuff
Got curious and tried it. I love it on toast with some melted cheese. Makes the cheese cheesier somehow. Good on toast by itself too.
-
interesting
I would say I was over-curious and am hooked. Love it the best on warm bread spread very lightly.
