Fortified with iron, calcium, and vitamin B, King Arthur's Gluten Free Pie Crust Mix has no artificial preservatives. All you'll need to bake is:
- 1 package of King Arthur's Gluten Free Pie Crust Mix
- 2 sticks (16 tablespoons) cold butter*
- 4-6 tablespoons cold water
*To make non-dairy: Replace butter with vegan butter sticks or margarine
This 14 ounce mix makes a 9 inch double crust pie or two 9 inch single crusts

Gluten Free Pie Crust King Arthur
The product (6 boxes) arrived as described on the English Tea Store website. I had not been able to find the pie crust anywhere near me during this CV epidemic and was reluctant to order. I am glad I did. I love the pie crust and the English Tea Store. We use the mix to make the tops for our gluten free pies. Perfect!

I liked the flavor and texture of this crust. I used it to make two pie crusts for quiche. Not soggy, rolled out with a lot of flour on the rolling pin and surface to keep it from sticking. I am buying again.
