      Marmalade

Posted by WALTER MURRAY on Jul 7th 2020

I have tried countless marmalade. Duerr's 1881 is one of my favorites. I like a lot of thick cut peel and this has the most of any brand I know.

We found the Duerr's marmalade when we searched on your wonderful website. This is our favourite thick-cut marmalade and we decided to order 6 jars. Just as good as we remember it, trouble is we are getting through a jar a week! Thanks for the swift delivery.

Thick Cut Marmalade at its Best

Posted by SilviB on Aug 14th 2019

This Duerrs 1881 marmalade is my husband's preferred brand and type, thick cut, and is eaten every day at breakfast, I enjoy it too, although I don't use it daily. It has a delicious taste, not too sweet like so many marmalades, it's thick with plenty of peel and I hope they never change how they make it.

We've been buying this marmalade for several years through the English Teastore as we can't find it in our local grocery stores. It is absolutely first class - thick, lots of peel, delicious flavor, not sweet but not bitter either, it is delicious.
