Bird's Custard Powder
I bought this to make custard cookies. I looked everywhere for it. Finally found it here. I use it for custard filling in cakes as well.

Flavorful product
This is a very flavorful custard powder. I am still tinkering with the ratio of powder to milk to get the consistency I want.
-
Yummy cream
Just as I had hoped after having the yummy cream on pudding cake at a British pub.

Birds is excellent!
I love custard and custard pies so decided to give this a try. It is absolutely wonderful and so easy! This will certainly be in my pantry at all times.

A childhood favorite
Could have gotten this at Publix, or other Grocery stores here. I only ordered cause we don't have any in the cabinets. :-) When made right, drop in spoon scoop of strawberry jam. Delicious!

Memories in a tin
Nothing evokes my grandmother like Bird's custard. It's as wonderful today as it was 50 years ago.
