I love this tea set! Its so beautiful i just can’t stop looking at it and have used it almost every day since i opened it on xmas morning.
My tough NYPD boyfriend loves it too, he loves to have tea and watch The Tudors on tv! haha. He loves the sound of the cup on the saucer! He always says he feels elegant and puts on an english accent!
The cups are slightly smaller than i thought but still big enough and feel bigger when you’re drining from them. The pot is big and way big enough for the two of us. The pattern is so pretty i just love looking at it. Hopefully i won’t break any before i have people over for tea!
I also bought the earl grey and earl grey cream teas and they where both magnificant (you only need a heaped teaspoon of the tea for an almost full pot and let it sit for a while and stir in order to avoid bitterness)
Btw: I am English so i’ve had a life of tea sets and this one is just wonderful.
