Known as the ‘island of riches’, Ceylon (now Sri Lanka) produces distinguished tea renowned the world over. We favor the estates of the Uva and Dimbula districts, where in the clear cool air the tea bushes grow slowly, producing a fine quality crop with a delicate flavor and rosy color. Although perfect for breakfast our Ceylon tea can be enjoyed at any time of the day. It is excellent with an afternoon pastry. Serve with milk or lemon. It also makes excellent iced tea when chilled and served with slices of citrus fruit.
