Greenfield Estate offers a high standard of working and living to their workers and families. Run like a village, the estate is complete with its own childcare facilities and school, and also includes medical facilities. The plantation is also registered with the Fair-Trade Labeling Organization (FLO), the body that sets the standards for ethical trading, and guarantees the workers' benefit.
