Mason Cash Pudding Basins

Description

A timeless classic, these traditional pudding basins by Mason Cash are just what you need to make a wonderful home-made Christmas pudding. Simply pour the finished mixture into the Pudding Basin and cover with musin or greaseproof paper or cling wrap. Designed for steaming, the rim around the top of the basins makes them ideal for retaining the "lid". These great basins come in the traditional white color, and can also be used for mixing.

Choose from four great sizes:

Size 42: Great for making a small pudding for 1 person. This basin measures 5 1/2" x 3" and holds about 2 1/2 cups (.625 Quart).

Size 30: Great for making a small pudding for 1 or 2 people. This basin measures 6 3/4" x 4" and holds about 5 cups (1.25 Quart).

Size 24: Great for making a pudding for 2 to 4 people. This basin measures 7 3/4" x 4 1/4" and holds about 8 cups (2 Quarts).

Size 18: Perfect for making a family sized pudding for 4 to 6 people. The basin measures 8 3/4" x 4 3/4" and holds about 12 cups (3 Quarts).

These Mason Cash pudding basins are made of earthenware and are dishwasher safe.

Price & Kensington originally began as a manufacturer of earthenware in Stoke-on-Trent, England when Price Brothers and Kensington Pottery Ltd joined forces. Kensington Pottery started in Hanley in 1922 and moved to Longport in 1937. Price Brothers began in Burslem in 1903. The companies joined together at Top Bridge Pottery in Longport, Burslem in December of 1961. They still manufacturer pottery today in Trubshaw Cross, Longport, Stoke-on-Trent.
