Green Tea is not oxidized at all, the leaves are steamed, rolled and dried. Green tea has a more delicate taste than black tea, but may have more beneficial antioxidants. We have many interesting flavors, from Gunpowder, to Jasmine with Flowers, to traditional Japanese blends, flavored greens, and more!

Valued Customer: In the wake of the disaster in Japan, we had concerned customers contacting us about when our Japanese teas were harvested and brought into our warehouse in Pennsylvania. Our vendors receive their tea after it is harvested in late summer, early fall. They receive enough inventory to supply their customers for 18 months. Japan’s season is currently winter and was not harvesting their tea at the time of the disaster.
