Cakes can be kept unopened for several months in a cool place. Once opened these cakes can be kept in for a few days in an air tight container.

All of our fruit cakes are imported from Great Britain and Ireland. Bronte, our most popular brand, is a rich fruit cake often made with a combination of sultanas – a raisin made from white seedless grapes – and ingredients, like cherries, orange peels, and walnuts. We also carry liqueur cakes, which are light, flavored sponge cakes. The Irish cream cake we carry is filled with brandy, giving it a tart but fruity taste.
