"I placed my first order (Earl Grey Cream Tea, Loose) and received the tea promptly. I have been using loose Earl Grey for years and brewed it properly. The tea smelled badly and had an awful flavor. I did wonder if the unlined, clear plastic packaging contributed to the poor taste, since it seems like most teas, even grocery store tea bags, come in lined packaging (ie Bigelow). I immediately emailed a complaint but never got any response (it’s now several weeks later)."
