Traditionally, Christmas Puddings are prepared in British households on or around Advent. As the pudding is prepared, everyone in the household, including children, make a wish as they stir the mixture. When the home-made pudding is ready, it is usually doused in rum or brandy and presented to the cheering family aflame.

Using the same old family recipe, Coles Christmas Puddings are made with award winning Old Growler Suffolk Ale from the Nethergate Brewery, lots of fruit, and unique spices. This is a rich pudding with a light texture and a distinctive depth of flavor.

We recommend serving your Christmas Pudding with clotted or devon cream, brandy sauce, or brandy butter.
