Peppermint is used extensively is various recipes. One our favorites is Banana Mint Slush. This recipe makes enough for two: Ingredients:
Place the banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until slushy. Serve immediately. (Contains less than 100 calories per serving).
For the best brew, Peppermint should steep in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
