Our Chai Green Tea is a wonderful new twist on an old favorite! Absolutely delightful with a little milk and sugar, this tea boasts warm notes of cinnamon, clove, and cardamom. The tea is based on a green gunpowder (cannon style) tea from Sri Lanka, grown at 5600 - 6400 feet above sea level. It produces a good green tea character with strong Indian spice notes.

We recommend giving the bag a little shake before brewing, as the spices can settle on the bottom. For a delicate, yet spicy drink, try this tea over ice with a little extra milk and sugar for a Chai Latte that's out of this world!

For the best brew, Chai Green Tea should steep in water that is steaming (150-180ø F) for 1-3 minutes.
