Vindaloo Curry Sauce was created in the former Portuguese colony of Goa. Traditionally made with pork, this Vindaloo curry sauce by Bombay Authentics has a robust, rounded, persuasive heat. Made with plum tomatoes, fresh coriander, root ginger, brown mustard seed, lemon juice, tamarind, fresh chilli, and white cumin seeds, this sauce is ready to use straight from the jar. Vindaloo is also great with any dark meat such as duck or beef, and is also great with chicken or turkey.
