Oxo is England's favorite bouillon cube. It crumbles and dissolves easily to make a rich clear beef stock. Each cube makes approximately 1/2 pint.

I am a Cajun cook and I find OXO beef cubes make the best gravies I have ever made. Also good for Onion soup, stews, etc. A black iron pot and Oxo cannot be beat.
