I ordered this is the dark blue; it is more of a navy to almost black. One good thing is it won’t show the tannin stains inside. However, I wish I had ordered something a little lighter in color. It doesn’t drip from the spout as bad as many others I have.

I loved the color. I expected it to be a bit larger, not really knowing how many oz. 6cups is. Your shipping is very reasonable, esp. for small purchases like mine.

We just love this teapot. We have had it for almost a year, and not a chip out of it. It was bought to replace a Brown Betty (the handle broke while my fiance was filling it with water), and I must say I like the Amsterdam pot quite a lot more. It is sturdy and durable, quite capacious, and the lustrous deep blue finish is beautiful. It looks lovely on display on my kitchen counter!
