Oolong tea is semi fermented compared to Green Tea (unfermented) and Black Tea ( fully fermented. Oolongs have stout leaves which are greenish with reddish edges.
This Oolong tea is smooth and slightly sweet, with a touch of dryness.

This is a good tea. I like to add a pinch or two of sugar, as that really takes the edge (there’s a mild astringent bite) off of it without making it taste sweet.
