It is very nice. Perfect to use in my ice tea maker for tea for a crowd -- especially the decaf feature.

As a loose tea, you can control the strenght of the hardy flavor. Excellent.

This tea makes an excellent flavorful cup of tea as well as provides a nice subtle taste to iced tea (I use one infuser full to three large decaf tea bags to make an a gallon of tea). This tea will remain a staple in my household.

Taste great with fresh ginger or when used to make Chai.

I have been using tea bags to enjoy my Earl Grey decaf every morning. But never did I realize that loose tea does make that much of a difference in a cup of tea. I don’t see how one could ever go back to a tea bag.

I love this tea...so does my mom who just loves bergamot! It is great that it is a decaf brand so I can drink it later without staying awake! So great during the winter! I recommend everyone try it! :)

Because I can drink only decaf teas I have spent a lot of time searching for ’just the right ones’. This is one of my two absolute favorites. You can buy it cheaper on other websites, but you’ll never, ever match the taste and quality. Thanks!

This is truly a guilty pleasure without the guilt! I love Earl Grey tea but I find of all the teas black tea doesn’t settle well with my stomach! What is so great about this tea is that you get all the bergamot & black tea taste with none of the effects of the caffeine! I will be buying more of this tea! If you gave this tea to someone without telling them it’s decaf they could never taste the difference!
